I received the party pokerbonus ,but after making 60 party points i didn't get any 10$. Also my "Bonuses" section in my Cashier is saying that i don't have any bonuses. What's the problem?

I think this is due to the country restrictions explained to you by the admin in your other thread. Party Poker removed Bulgaria from the eligible countries for the bonus.
Admin's response in your other thread : "We just received word from Party Poker that they made a mistake at first - it is NOT possible to play from Bulgaria, so I guess we will have to remove Bulgaria from the offer again, which is too bad"
He's from Romania, which is eligible; and indeed he did receive the initial bonus (correct?), just not the additional bonuses after scoring sufficient party points.
My advice is to email party poker support; the few times I emailed them, they were prompt in their response, and even bend the rules in my favor on one occasion.
Make sure that you really earned those party points from raked hands. I remember receiving a lot of party points initially, from all sorts of new member offers; those don't count towards clearing your 60 points...

well i see they changed the conditions to clear the bonus i had the bonus from party poker too but for me where the conditions different i had the $150 no deposit bonus and i got $25 dollar into my party poker account and i had to make 150 points for another $25 dollar and to clear the final bonus i had to make another 250 points i am allmost at the first stage need 31 points to clear the first $25 dollar but i think i don't going to make the other 250 points the best you can do is contact BRM because i contact once party about points and bonus and they are saying different things then whats written on the brm site the people who work at support from party don't no everything about bonusses from brm i am whating too to clear the first stage and then see what happens but i am at about 80% off the bonus now so it don't take so long i think good luck whit clearing the bonus

yes marqis you are right. I made those 60 points exclusevly from ranked hands (and sng tourney fees). I hope that some BRM admin will read my post and explain me the problem.

marqis you are right. For some reason i messed up everything From the thread poster to name and country. Indeed he has received the bankroll which can be seen in his page. You should contact BRM support for this by email probably

I'm all right. After earning 75 Party Points, 2 letters to Party Poker support and 2 letters to BRM support I've got my 10$ bonus in Active Bonuses. So write them a lot of letters. Good luck!
