i'm guessing pacopeca means Full Tilt KNEW that they wouldn't be able to pay back their customers.. Something that Negreanu pointed out in his VidBlog recently.

This full tilt this agreement is taking too long to leave, we all know that probably will not pay their clients, but here comes the question will not justice the culprits behind why? I only see news about the site back up and running or if there is ability to pay, personally I would like to see everyone who tried to sully the name of poker arrested paying for what they did to players loyal to the site

Seems FTP, GBT and DoJ have enlarged the time to close the deal. I see this in some webs said by the GBT lawyer. We´ll see how all that affair ends. I until want my 8k back.
