I've been wondering what to do with the 9.9 million play chips I've accumulated since I joined PS last summer. I now play online poker with real money in the micro sngs and rarely play in the "training area". Any ideas?

well i have lot's off chips to at PS but i don't sell them because i can play tournaments whit it and no playchips tournaments but real tournament where you can win real prizes under region tab (local country)you have some competition for dutch silver golden and platinum division league and whit the play chips i can play the silver edition the buy in is 2000 play chips i don't know if they organise it for the UK too so chek it out good luck and bye

Some people buy anything, even fun play chips, that is amazing! If this chips are to play just kidding, who would give money to have him? What’s the point of that? I have read about strange things on eBay, and this just looks the same.

There are a lot of auctions on ebay which offer playmoney from PS. I don't know if somebody wants to buy playmoney, but there are strange people which sell'em. A good idea would also be to take a photo of your lobby, edit it with photoshop and post it on facebook. there you can write that you've earnd almost 10Millions an Ps

Ive sold play money chips before. It was years ago but i got good money/million. I mentioned it in my blog and someone informed me the rates aren't as juicy anymore. I found a site, followed the directions. The only unfortunate thing is i think Stars has rules so they couldn't give me Stars real money for my chips. The site could buy either FT playmoney and pay u in real stars cash or stars playmoney for real Full Tilt cash.
As for why people buy them? Some people like to play the high stakes play cash games. They become regulars to a table and almost always play the same game at the same time. They sometimes go busto and they arent prepared to sit back in for 1k and work thru all the fishy micro levels to attain that 40k buyin at their 200/400 table or what not. Try watching some of the cash games on stars and you will see there are some good players. My Ex never played for real money because she got mad when people got lucky. So i know there is alot of flack for play money but ill sing its praises till the cows come home.
Awesome job on the 9 milli thats really a bigger accomplishment then most people think.
