Has anyone ever tried to contact their support? They dont have live support and they say they respond within 30 mins by email. But what they didnt mention is 30 mins after how many days. Sent a message yesterday, nothing. Sent another one 3 hours ago still nothing.

Wow.. poker770 support.. hmmm i took p***********y 50$ bonus and wanted to play at poker 770.. ok, done everything with pstrategy and contacted support. After 4 days they respond to my email and told me to send some ID confirm details.. I've sent those imideately. After 6-7 days and several mail they respond - they need something else.. anyway, i've picked up a bonus after 20-30 days, even forgot now..
just, they r to slow.. when i send some email to inform about some promotion or have simple question.. i know that i'll have to wait for 3-5 days.. i think that they are just fast responding service only when you want to ask something about depositing.. Try to ask something about withdrawal! forbidden word, i guess..

At least Chili poker had live support most of the times and if there wasnt one at the time you wanted you could leave a message and you had an answer early next morning. Now its been 2 days and still nothing. Not even a confirmation that they have received the mails
