My biggest MTT win was live @ Ocean's 11. I chopped 11 handed for a little over $1600 plus I had collected 275$ in 25$ bounties. I also snapped off my home game for $350 cleaned out everyones pockets that came, & ran a 150$ buy in up to 998$ in a 1-2$ cash game, all in a 3-day period at the end of last november. Those are some of my largest pay-outs to date. I think my biggest online win was one of "the feruson" 1$ buy mtt's. Think it was a horse tourney & I took 1st for somewhere around 500$.

Certainly 210$ in a SnG at FullTilt two years ago. I bought a ticket in the academy shop and won two steps. And in the 70$ BuyIn SnG i´ve made a deal with the opponent player in the HU.

Think it worked out to be around 96k in my currency due to the exchange. Also was a frigging NIGHTMARE to get it out. Had to do quite a few withdraws, wait for them to clear, and then do more.
*Edit* also had to answer a LOT of questions to my bank because they froze my account for a bit due to "the suspicious activity".
Great win.
Wots your name on FT? Scope on FT is still available if i am right. Just curious how your scope looks like

Well, right now I don't believe it.
So you remember the EXACT amount? 98.149... Any, like, screenshots, or which tournament on FT, or when exactly, or your FT name, or basically anything at all.
Hope it's true for you, really....but I've been here a while, and just about all (correction: ALL) of these claims were pure nonsense
Not a lot of tournamments pay out almost $100.000. In fact, almost none. So would be nice to hear...
Edit:
Outside of that, could your username have been Retribution1979? The year you were born, I assume?

Yeah yeah yeah, I knew people would be all "oh yeah your lying" blah blah blah. After all, it's an interwebz forums. T'was an ICM chop in one of the big double guarantees they were running for a while. Of course I'll ALWAYS remember the exact amount, because it was my biggest score and I likely will never run that deep again.
No I'm not posting my name, because frankly it's no-ones business but my own what my SN was. Believe me or not, I really don't care but I don't feel it necessary to reveal any personal information about myself.
I will say though, that I still had a few k of that money still on my account when FT went down, which pisses me off, and is also why my gf strictly forbade me from making any more deposits until that s**t gets sorted out. She seems to think because FT fucked up, that all poker sites can't be trusted.
I can post pics of me rubbing some of the 50's on my gfs titties tho, if ya'll promise not to tell her

FWIW - I believe, mostly because I just don't understand why anyone would make something like that up.. Although, I've been surprised before in the past.. Still though, I find it's better for my experience of life in general, to give the benefit of the doubt unless I've got reason to think otherwise.
Saying that, I'm not sure why you don't post your SN, I can understand if you never mentioned your win - but to say you won $98K (and be happy to announce this) but then refuse to provide any corroborating evidence, it's a little strange. IMHO - either don't mention your win at all, if you're not keen sharing your private information, or otherwise mention it and also provide something to support your claim.
For anyone who is further interested, given that it has to be a pretty major tourney, you can probably do a bit of information gathering - given we have the exact chop amount, it shouldn't be too difficult to search the internet for a FTP FT Chop of exactly $98, 149.00
------------ And from there, hopefully search each SN on the FT and work out which one(s) were Canadian and from there.. we may have our answer.

ok im not trying to imply these two are the same
but just had a chat with my friend(used to play freq on fulltilt) on messenger and he said this retribution1979 guy has a "history" on fulltilt forums and was quite fond of using words like ZOMG, moniez, interwebs and rubbing money on titties
but ofc these two aint similar, because retribution from BRM won 98k

Not saying i dont believe him. Also not saying i do believe him, hehe.
Am just intrested in such scopes, cos its allways nice to see strange scopes
Anyway you can just post your FT name and we can check it. Last time i asked Dozn about his big win on Ipoker (i emember he claimed it was a $100Kish), he backed out and neve talked about it, never ever. Maybe your the same, or maybe not...
But if it did happen, big respect

Classic +1
------------ On topic: Anything is possible, i saw some major donks win huge prices with binking a MTT (not saying retribution is a donk). For example i know a bit D0zn game (from forum posts that is), so not saying D0zn story isnt true, its just that it can happen, you dont have to be Ivey to bink a ''1 time WOW''.
But still its nice to see some proof instead of backing out........

still a small chance these two retribution are different as dont see why he would do this. when i first read his post i thought it was a joke, but considering his response in post#26 and the way he gets too defensive. either he's serious or he's messed up his joke.
but anything can happen on the "interweb"
