Hello admin why don't i get my 5000 mobpoints gift i have made the deposit of $25 and made 5 points at party poker and at my bonus request area says bonus rejected i have done al conditions in case off the bonus and i gave you my id documents this is realy not fair if i don't get the bonus i am just a new member and didn't do anything wrong regards kubitah3

ISLANDJACK THE THINGS YOU SAY IN YOURE REPLY I ALREADY DID AM NEW PARTYPOKER SO NEW TO ACCOUNT AND I HAVE MADE MORE THEN 30 POINTS ACTUALY ITS NOW 67 POINTS BUT THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY AND WAIT FOR ADMIN TO EXPLAIN TO ME AND THE BONUS METER SAYS ALSO BONUS COMPLETED AND THERE IS A GOLD STAR TOO.

i dont think i am sure about this one kubitah3 is an affiliate of me and a friend he made 30 points for the pokerbonus gift and about the documents he talks about is only because his account was rejected and thats why he says i send you my documents and yes its normal to send your documents macubaas i think everything is going to be okay now big thanks to admin to help kubitah3 whit the problem here and i hope it will be solved so he can play whit his gift offer at party poker and have some fun whit poker and maybe make some profit ...good luck kubitah3 and all other mob members offcourse

You should have tried to solve this in private, first. Bringing a subject like this to the forum gives every member the right to give his opinion about it, so I will let mine: you must have done something you shouldn’t have. In my case, for example, I needed 30 points instead of the 5 that were announced. BRM explained that below in the gift offer, and, knowing the difficulty I would have if I would try to go after 30 points at Party, I decided not to try to take this bonus. In your case, if you really only needed 5 points, there must have been something else missing in the conditions you had to accomplish.

there is nothing wrong whit giving your opinion fakiry and i don't know why you say you have to solve this in private everybody is free to use the forum if he wants some anwsers about his account or questions about bonus requests he did this first in private by email and did not get any reply about the bonus thats why he used the forum so yes fakiry he did first in private but if you whait longer then the time there is for a reply you maybe try something else and admin did response on the thread so this thread was usefull and he used paysafe card and made the 30 points so yes he did quilify for the bonus if you have read my first reply on this thread you maybe could understand what was going on and i did know what was going on because he is a friend of me so thats why i do another reply just like you say everybody is free to give his opinion and this is just a small thing i hope it will be solved so we all can move on and forget this thread
