just who or what is jimmyd on hero poker? i got told that it's a bot,well i also got told they weren't allowed so how can that be? anyway the guy/bot is everywhere,whatever it is it sure makes a lot of ft's and thus it must make a nice bit of money. can anyone enlighten me please.

i think i seen him on many sites, he's not a bot. just someone who plays lots of freerolls and yes makes good $ too. google jimmyd1953, i think he's the same guy

When i first played on hero i got pretty friendly with a couple peeps in those games and one guy in specific always flamed Jimmy. Saying he was a bot and that he played every freeroll known to man and at least 3 known poker clients at once. The bot idea never made much sense because in freerolls programing a bot would be harder to do then real money imo. Still i conducted my experiments and looked to find out for myself. Finally late one night we both were in the 99$ mtt and both had played almost every game that day together and i was playing well. One hand in the mtt i made a big reraise to jimmy's 3bet. I knew he had AKAQ orQQ range because he didnt dive and i was dialied into his range. I had AA and played it like i had AA. He folded and showed his QQ and i showed him AA and he said ty. After that i think i got one or two "nh's" outta him.
Im not sure how much money he makes, and im kind of hesitant to discuss personal findings of someone who can't defend themselves. When i see you online next ill give you a little tip that works on jimbo 99.9% of the time. Id do it here but again it wouldnt be fair to jimmy.
Ive heard people claim they withdraw 500$ a month just from rocking the micro circuit of freerolls and those Micros .33centers. Ive also scoped a few of the players there and found they never play real money games so they dont ever use their winnings but now that its (with a playthrough) im sure we will see more of those players in the micro sng's and doubles.
So imo jimmyd1953 is not a bot as far as i can tell. I do think he grinds the heck outta sites tho but thats something im more likely to respect then anything.
Ive got a arms length list of people who play 24 hours a day 365 days a week that either have to be bots or shared accounts but they are all in real money games and are actually easy to play with if you can work around them.

aye you know him micro,always has aa or kk when i call him at least it seems like that lol. i was on hero yesterday and everywhere i was,he was so i checked a few of the plo arena games and he was final tableing a lot of them,i had seen him before and someone said he was a bot so that is why i was asking thanks anyway
------------ thanks supernoob i did google jimmyd1953 and if it is the same one he plays a hell of a lot, on one of his pages it says he plays 35 -40 freerolls a day plus the micros on various sites, apparently he is retired so he now plays poker all day,lol.

i guess he has to be very motivated to play so outrageous amount of freerolls or micro stakes at the very most- really hard to keep composure when you are playing for such small winnings- even if you do very well you end up with an amount which you can easily make working any job for a minimum

I also know jimmy quite well in terms of playing a hell of a lot with the guy, definately not a bot and definately a very skilled player. he makes more 24 man plo final tables then anyone on merge IMO and i kinda of love/hate playing with him, ive got a pretty good idea how his way of thinking and can usually narrow his range down in a hand to hand basis quite well. i also agree with micro that saying to much about a guy who as far as i know is not a brm member is unfair... nothing wrong with your post though just im not gonna post my jimmy the brick tricks hehe

congrads mate you have found the longest string of words ive ever seen jimmy put together... we have played a fair amount of heads up most at the 24 man so he has thrown me the nh and said a few things here and there most of the time when its just down to the money. if im remember correctly usually sends a GG out at the end of a heads up match? micro might be able to back me on that claim lmfao but ya pretty sure hes a gg kind of guy

Now that i see you wondering for a player i would like to ask if there is a site or a program where we can see stats of ring games in PLO and PLO h/l I have searched a few times but cant find anything. Most of the sites provide stats for Holdem rings and stats

Lol i have never heard about hero poker and i know a lot of rooms. Try it with trash talk with the "bot" in the table chat and when you got no answers you can see that he plays abc poker and you have enough reads.

That is a small room. It can be someone who plays very well and dedicates his time to playing on hero, like a full time job, many other players do that for living and, many times, they tend to choose smaller rooms considering it easier to achieve their objectives (earning money) than in other bigger rooms.

So its kinda off topic but i have asked above if someone know how to track Omaha PL and h/l ring games but so far no one answered. No clues? Macubaas you are an Omaha player do you know for such a program?
