Unless its an option in your personal BRM page you cant transfer direclty to a Poker room. You can cash out to Neteller or Moneybookers and from there to the site of your choice.
btw Moneybookers raised their fees for FX change and now its sam with Neteller.

At the moment there is no direct transfer to Stars possible. Like Mober said, one can use Moneybookers or Neteller as a stepping stone. But one needs at least 5000 mob points to be able to cash out.

When you have a friend with a stars account, you can use the player to player option. And when you use a withdraw site, you must do a deposit with the same method. There are a lot of options, but skrill and neteller are one of the best of them.
