Hi Few minutes ago I tried to log in to my PS account from my laptop,but I get a note that I am allready connected from another computer. Checked my desktop and PS wasnt on,started PS from there and there was no problem so I log off and tried to log in again from laptop and again get a same note

In the most time you have only to do a restart of your pc. And when you restart after that it is possible to log in in your poker account normally. When not cap your internet connection for a moment and try it again.

When you see something like that you need to contact support at once to find out what is happening. In any room that is just to make sure that no one gained access in your account.I hope its just a technical issue.

I think you dont need to get scaried about that, sometimes you need to close your pc and open it again and everything ill be fine.In case you get suspicious try to contact some riend that plays pker too and as him to try to find your nick name in the tables!!!!!

Contact PS support and inform them about that, so they can try to trace the IP to see if it belongs to you or if someone is using your account in piracy. I would do this if I were you. Even if you don’t have much money there, someone one can be using your account to do wrong things.

...now I get a message from PS support and I am informed that this is a common problem called "hanging login" caused by server restart on March 31st and now after program restart problem is solved. So if you be in a situation like this in the future be cool
