whats the story with online help??why its allways offline??when i need em??since yesterday morning i try to contact online support and no results......:/ confused

Yes you must contact administrator and you will get response from they realy quick . If you see is offline is because they can not stay all time at the computer and wait someone to contact in real time ...but if you will contact ...they will contact you quick and will ask you what problem you got to solve you in a momment.
