with the news that ftp are hiring, i was just wondering when you think they will re-apply for a gambling license? im thinking that it will have to be soon as the new workforce will have nothing to do.
whats peoples opinions? i will be keeping a very close eye on gamblingcontrol.org will make my day when i see that confirmation of a request.

My wishes, tomorrow . No one knows how many time need the AGCC to aplly the license to the new FTP. I read in 2+2 some about end of april, as SuperNoob says.

that makes sense, come to think of it. why would they hire staff if they were not guaranteed a new license?? and why would they be hiring staff if they still had to apply for one? i guess they wouldnt. hmm its definately looking good for the end of the month. hehe sweet. still my fingers are tightly crossed.

breaking news- they are gonna operate without any gambling license whatsoever- and they are not gonna be a poker site no more- full tilt consultants in the new name, and as the name suggest they are diving into consulting market- after all they have very experienced staff like lederer and bitar who will be acting like personal bankers/investment consultants etc.

I was thinking they could be starting activity right this year, perhaps July or August, but then today I heard D.Negreanu talking about being paid “till the end of 2013”. Will they restart activity before they pay everyone what they own? That can mean new trouble.

They are hiring staff and they already applied for a new license. So in my opinion it is a question of several weeks of reopening the site, if nothing dramatic happens.
