just won 5000 points in the mob draw, and want to cash them out to a pokersite...Have anyone else experienced problems with cash out.. I have waited for 72 hours now. and theysay it will only take up to 48 hours.. I have tried to write to support. but they dont answer my emails.. Are these cash outs for real or just a scam Confused

It´s the Easter holidays as well, so they might be shortstaffed for a week or two and it might take a few days longer.

Like any business or service, sometime there are delays.
No worries, everything is what it says here.
