I hve fisrt signed up yesterday through BRM. I filled the registration form I have logged in and I was wellcomed by their staff telling me that I ' m not elegible for the bonus ) no problem that.. Anyway i got an email from them telling me that I haven't registered my home address well! What?then i went to the chat an after an hour they told me my address has been updated but they cannot give me any info regardin this!!! Are you kidding me?online support really sucks... Another thing they put me on hole more then half an hour!!hilarious.. I spoke for about an hour with them.. I have closed my account personally I don' t trust them!!! They cannot give you inform about anything regaring your data...they really suck. The platform even if is similar to cake poker or mansion poker is not so reliable! Had 3 connectiity issues and got disconnected while on chat! There are not so many player as they say more then 17k online!! No you can notice this by watchin their tables and tournaments.it is an odd room BRM no offence i have also added this on their review page!!! I' m really nervous now

dont play there except for some private tournaments but never had any problem with their software/support. btw 17k includes all logged in including playmoney players

Carbon is on the Merge network. So they have nothing to do with Cake or Mansion, those rooms are on the Cake and iPoker networks. The software at Carbon is a bit dull, but i had never any problems there.

I think first time you must check if your country is eligible for bonus or other offers and if it is you can show to they the link from where you has registered and prove you are eligible for this since on the site from you get this registration is affiliate with they ...they must give you all instructions about how to be eligible to enter and receave that bonus or offert. In fact if they say there are more than 17k players online ....this is not true but they say this because they need more people to join on the site to play more hands at the tables to increase popularity and jackpots ....that jackpots can be won by one man and mai be never . This is true and real ..they can not lose to give you money for free ...they must be shure first if you receive the bonus or other offert after that you play and use the money on the site...not for check out, if you are good on playing games . If you got a site like those you give free money to others and all time you will lose because someone has joined on the game to receive the offert ? > NO My opinion.

I didn't mind abot the sign up offer.. But how they treated me as a potential depositor client... And the only thing that pissed me off was that I couldn' t be able to know personal info related to my account. The only thing they told me was "I know is frustrating although I cannot mention what updated we' ve made to your account, please understand us" - what? Now i'm sorry I haven' t kept a the chat script..and it took an h to give me five simple answers... These are tge main reasons that i cannot trust the room

I think its not only Carbon but every poker room that acts like that in order to protect themselves.
Now im not saying you tried to con them but if they found out something suspicious, or they failed to verify some data they will take the safe way for them (and im talking for the employees of course cause at the end it will blow up on their faces, if anything goes wrong)

is it me getting paranoid or are online poker sites getting worse by the day i think this the perfect reason to start another thread about how rigged online poker is, and that you shouldn't play at all and teach your kids that online poker is pure evil of course i mus mention this: MY ACES GOT CRACKED wtf- it's rigged i can guarantee it's so rigged

Never felt need of using Carbon support, but looks like things are really bad with them. I never used any support that i have necessity of talking to someone for more than 10 minutes. All of those i have tried are simple, direct to the subject and objective, not losing time with paralel questions. The only problem i ever noticed with support was in rooms that give primacy to casino games. In these cases, for each sentence they write, they are always trying to convince one to deposit, it looks the solution for everything. I believe it is, at least for their problems

I like the software from the merge network and carbon is ok (same network like lock poker, black chip etc.). The tables are fast and they offer a lot of different games for all stakes. Ok the support is not verry fast. Try it with the live support, they can help you.

I am currently waiting on my free bankroll Carbon was the last of the sites to try the server looks weak to start out I will fill in my results in a couple days once bankroll is recieved and I have a chance to play their servers for a bit..... I hope my experiences are better than yours lol which sites do you like?

Not to knock your comments and I don't have a lot of choices and no Carbon doesn't compare to the old FT or PS, but I have been playing there for about 4 months and they're actually not to bad. Once you reach 250 VIP points which is pretty easy on a monthly basis you get some good freeroplls which are generally 2000 players with nice payouts especially top 10. One is a $10,000.00 with 1st being about $1600.00. Their SnG program is relatively good and I've wwon my fare share of them. Of course I play the $1.10 to $5.50 buyins with 27 and 45 players generally. I mean, there's not a lot out there for me and I tried a couple others, no names necessary and Carbon is by far the best of the three. Like I said, not knocking your opinions, but maybe you should try giving them a fare shot.
As for support, I've always received timely feedback except late on Friday night through Sunday. It's a bit slow at times, but nothing to upsetting. Good Luck wherever you go!

No they didn't ask me to provide any bill or ID I would certainly hae sent them those..It would have benn no problem..its that they changed my bill address and when i asked them how come they didn't get me any info...claiming that they are not allowed...wtf?I mean I must know what changes benn brought to my account the f...

I hope for you will find the site good and profitable..well I like PS, FT, Party Poker which became my favorite since I started playing there through BRM, I like only the graphics of Pkr(lost crazy money there due to its rivers lol), I like Mansion Poker as well, Cake Poker adn that would be all.. What about You?

I even told them that i'll sent and UB or ID ....even if it was my first day there..perhaps I have misstyped somethig when I signed up but tf you have to provide me the correct info..they;re rigged

As I can say the best poker support is in PokerStars fast and detailed answers, then after PokerStars I can say best support is Carbon poker, there you can also get fast and detailed answer as well.. I can see great offers and promotion in Carbon poker, but I do not play there because I hate when I need to wait till someone will register and we can start playing I am playing heads up so its really hard to play in merge software.

Are their any bounty options on CarbonPoker? I am about to get my free deposit and give it a shot as I said in another post my next money is beiong loaded somewhere with the best bounty"s system so is Carbon ranking elite in bounty's or what?
