I don' t think the owners of full tilt keep the player's money...I have read on many forums that all us player's money were confiscated by us goverment..it stands to full tilt now to pay its debts to the players..but i don't think thiss is gonna happend very soon..it won't happen at all perhaps..in my oppinion they have ro pay the players befor the grand opening would be a great move ...good luck to all the playerS that have money to get from them

the main reason why ftp got shut down in the first place is because they never kept the players' money in the ftp account. those at the top took the majority of it. so there was no money to earn interest on.
so i think people will be happy just to get what they had on there back. i know i will.
oh i wonder if i will get my baseball cap i won playing the fantasy wsop. hehe

Yeah, while interest definitely WOULD be appreciated, and the right thing to do, I think most players will just be happy to see their balance again.
Can't even begin to think what the interest would even be. Assume 80 million USD, compounded monthly at whatever prime interest rates are. Even at 1%, that's about 800k USD approximately, plus compound interest. I'd say at least 14M in interest owed to players. And that's at 1%, whereas likely the interest rate is MUCH higher.

You will not receive interest on your money, they will only pay you a fraction of your money, but not the whole bankroll, so interest is out of the question in my opinion.
