Poker Nordica (Merge Network) has shut down its poker room at 1.4.2012. Players can request a cashout of their funds until 1.5.2012. Another one bites the dust.

Hm it sounds not good, i like the merge network software. Ok this is only a part of the network and i hope the other rooms there like carbon, lock poker, black chip etc. have no problems.

Exactly, well said but sad offcourse, where does this end They drop like flies in last half year.
I keep my roll low on pokerrooms and keep my healthy roll on MB, i am sure many many regs and high stakers do this, i know its killing for the pokerrooms itself but hey who can you blame

Yep. Most of my online money is stored at the e-wallets, and only a tiny fraction is still at the rooms i play at. You never know who will be the next to fall. The difficult economy is showing.

You'd think gambling would increase when economic hard times arise.
Obviously you need the dough too begin with, but people are more likely to i think.
Also there's so many different poker sites/ gambling sites that I think they are having problems getting customers due to the question everyone has - Who do I join?
