Hope ur not getting aroused with the things ur seeing on cam poker like u mentioned on the other thread lol. Whatever's ur case always heard 15 minutes of exercise a day keeps ur system running... so if u make it to the 3rd break u should be ok... poker and health wise

Can’t say because I never tried it, but one thing is true: it definitely doesn’t help during the game. If, on one side, it can look as a way to relief the stress, on the other side it can put you so excited that it will make you to see any hand as a possible victorious one in case with any flop. Now imagine you with a window with the game, your hand 69off for example ( ), another window full of XXX content in big activity, the flop came, your opponent bets, the other window keeps rocking hard stuff, your mind is in a state of deliration, you also bet without looking at the cards, the sound of the speakers hardly let you hear your time of playing again, so loud is the screaming from the other window… and when the XXX action comes to an end you look at the game and it’s over too. Each thing has its time.

Interesting thought and maybe one tactic for stress busting but make sure you dont get caught out on the 'flop'!!!!!!!! cos that will be a real let down for ya!!!!!
