Ok , so I was inspired by dlkiv's cowboy boots and I thought to make a thread were everybody could share their funny live poker moments , like playing with friends or other funny stuff. I'm just gonna share 1 for now : First one was when we were playing a 10 player table , and one guy went all in pre flop with a pair of aces , but they were both of diamonds ( everybody started laughing , and after 30 sec he got his ass kicked).
Nice thread like to read someones live situations. Would like to tell you some stories but i don't play so much Live poker and i don't have any funny situations to tell you

The 2nd one : We were playing at my friend's house , table of 7 , aproximately 4 $ buy-in , rebuy tournament , i hit pocket Aces , make a 5x raise , 1 friend calls ( he's the guy who gets picked on , guess everybody has one in his , hers group of friends ) , flop is A d 9h 3 d , i check , my friend checks , turn is 10 h , I bet 1/4 pot , he calls , river is 4 h , I bet , 1/2 pot , he calls , I have 3 Aces , he has Q d K d , everybody starts laughing , for calling my last bet with no pair , after about 10 seconds , he yells at the dealer to deal t he 6th card , everybody is like WTF , and we all start laughing.

I've had something similar to that one, my mate, who's the one who gets picked on also. When it was showdown he said "I've got a straight" and quickly went to take the pot. My other mate stopped him and said "You've got a 4 card straight yeah, but that doesn't win." He went bright red from everybody laughing at him, gave the chips to the rightful winner, and that was him out the game because after the river he went all in on his 4 card straight.

We play small buyins like 20 to 40 dollars, but you can rebuy. We have a drunken cowboy who will call with any face card then throws tizzies when he gets beat. Ol boy will pizz away 100 or 200 dollars until he wins that one hand with his crappy calls then goes around asking everyone "How's it feel". He's unreal or has to much money to waste along with his mind, but it's true.

I have a friend whose favorite starting cards are k 9 suited. Does not matter where he is ,being a small bar game or casino, when he gets these he goes all red in the face and neck, and starts howling like a weird wolf. Really messes people up. He then howls every time someone raises or calls him when he raises. Damned if he doesn't win every time.
Haha, nice thread. 2 aces of diamond... the guy has to be a little bit retarded
dlkiv --> I also have a friend who's favorite hand is K9, but I beat him so much playing that hand I don't think he likes it anymore K10 is pretty much the bottom of my range 9 handed, I think he finally realised it... or not I won't tell him, that's for sure!
We have a guy that plays like a maniac lately. He's in about 80% of the hands, but plays small ball poker. Most of our players are pretty tight so he gets away with bluffs a lot, he's pretty fun to watch early in the tournament... I have so much fun 3-betting him later though
