i am very worried of this site.
i made a deposit the previous week 25 euros and i began with blackjack i had some winnings and played then poker for around a week, i got up 4leves at their vip system and i decided to day to cash out all of my balance 134 euros.
Support asked me to sent some documents (cash out with wire transfer) and just now i noticed my account is blocked.
I found in many forums that they dont play the winnings to their players.

Firrst of all congrats on your winning!! Second, I don't think you should be worry about that!send them the ourstanding documents and everything will be alright,this is the standard procedure once you try to cashout, they have to be sure that the money goes to the account holder. Regarding the wire transfer, if you haven't deposited using this method and you haven't registered it before the cashout attempt, many sites may ask additional documents in order to be able to process the cash out throught wire(It's pretty complicated method - recomad you visa or mineybooker much faster). But another thing more important you should be glad they will process the money via wire cause many site have a min cashout for wire and it's pretty big about 300€/$£.

Yep. They have no good reputation. But i don't have first hand experience with their cash out process, as i had a really bad streak at blackjack while playing there.

i played there about a year ago, support is very poor compared to other ipoker sites. took 30 days for my withdrawal to be processed after sending the docs

yes i see my cash out is in the 4th day now and still waiting, my account was blocked cause of 3 times wrong pass, i dont know why i was entering the correct pass. Anyway my account is open again and my withdaw still as "waiting" (wire transer at the most i poker sites minumum amount is 20euros i just did my deposit with paysafe card and it is the only way to cash out, i would not like to make an additional deposit with moneybookers and never receive my deposits and my winnings back)

I had problems with them too. I took theirs NDB offer and made some money with it so I decided to cash out. I asked them what to do and they sad I need to deposit. I deposited 25$ (minimum) and asked for withdraw. They asked for my ID and bill. I sent that to them and they called me on phone Something was "wrong" with my bill. After that they told me that I need to collect more points. After I colected them they sad I need to make bigger deposit. After I did that they sad I need to collect all points on cash games so I needed to play again. After that they called me again and then 15 days no money! I got pissed and sent them mail that I will go to every poker forum and write about theirs room and that I will contact gaming control and money was in my MB account in 15 minutes. AVOID THIS SITE!

I did play there once there casino games, but I do not trust them completely, because they have bad customer support in my opinion, they have to attract much more players by creating more promotions.
