Hi,

Today i received a messege saying that my accoutn has been locked for security reasons. I already contacted support by I am worried about this. Does anyone have this problem?. What reasons could they have to do this????

Sometimes the pokerrooms makea a security check. But they don´t lock accounts without a information. Normally they send you a mail and tell the problem. Send the documents and they open your account rapidly.

No one else can help you with this.
The only thing you can do is get in contact with them.
Probably you will need to verify your account by providing identification before they
reopen it.
Have you played there lately ? Maybe you played in a table where collusion or cheating
detected and they have locked all involve until they find out what happened Smile

Thanks, I sent my documents before making my first deposit to be sure all was ok, so I don't think this is the problem.

Support says: "We are currently experiencing some connection issues with our poker server",

if this is the problem I think some other players could have received the email I received. Please let me know if someone has the same problem.

Got a similar message on poker770 but i didn't gave it much importance coz i thought it had something to do with me cashing out all my funds with them just a couple of days before. As it seems its an issue affecting ipoker network in general.
Hope it all gets sorted out in the end m8.

Indeed, the only way to solve your problem si to contact their support as you did in fact...

Now i really hope that your acccount will be unlocked and you'll have at least acces to your money Smile

I got the same problem, but few momments ago I got the notice about the change from Ipoker to Merge -.- so I follow the instructions but surprise for me the page is totally new ;S and I see my money but like casino money ;S

Anyone knows how can make a cashout in the new page of gutshot poker? I dont like this change ;S I used the moneybookers method for deposit and cashout but when I try to make a withdrawal just appear the bank transference ;S That ppl from gutshot really force me make another deposit for activate my moneybookers account again to get back my money??=? Anyone knows something about this?
