it all depends on how fast partypoker deal with it now. it should be about 2-4 buisness days. but i waited over 6 buisness days for my carbon pokerbonus. seems longer because of the weekends but just be patient it shouldnt be that long.

Dont worry about your english, you made it to pass the message. I never had problems with Party, either on deposits, receiving bonus, withdrawals, at that point they work quite well (at the tables things aren’t the best for me, but maybe the problem isn’t PP… . Have you tried to contact support? Even with bad English, you can say “Hi, I am waiting for 5 days for a bonus, can you help me?” They will ask your nick and other stuff. If you have many difficulties, you can post their questions here and some of us will write the answer for you, or you can use Google Translator, which may give you an answer. Wait at least 7 week days, it’s the minimum.

5 busisness days are normal for a account verification, excluding the weekend. But you can be sure thatt your bonus money is coming in the next days, when not you can asking the support. They want that you play there

Wait a few more days for the Bankroll (its easter time period) and if you dont get it by the end of the week try contacting support. gl

Every pokeroom must verify your account because of security reasons and because these pokerrooms are being regulated by federal law or financial international institutions. So verification is a normal process.

Can anybody help me? What should I do? I'm having the same problem... I've made my request at 04/10/2012, and still no money... I mean, it says it's a NO DEPOSIT offer, but in my cashier at PP, in the Bonuses tab, it says I have a pending bonus to ask for, but by depositing.
