I know I said I wouldn't post anymore, but this is just too exciting. Rumors on 2+2 are that several posters actually logged into Full Tilt today. In addition, the site currently shows an online status.
Currently downloading client, will post when I know what's going on.
*Ninja edit* I swear to god I saw it with my own eyes that it was up and said all servers a go. I downloaded the client and THEN took the screeny, looks like I may have been to slow.
I swear on all that is holy though, it DID say it was up.
*Edit 2* Well SOMETHING is clearly happening there, since in my screeny, the status is green, but now it's yellow again. Let's all start holding our breath! Rush poker by the end of the day...ONE TIME!!!

Hope it is coming back soon, but its probably just an error from them configuring the software for when it does come back, so i wouldn't get my hopes up that it will be back really soon.

I tried to connect through my client which is already installed but with no luck. It stays on connecting. Checked a few addresses of the site .net etc but in all the status is yellow. Lets hope it was some kind of test drive in order to come back online.

What do you mean they are removing the withdraw option? They are going to reopen without us being able to cash out? Who would care then if they dont pay back if they reopen or not? I hope this is something temp so they dont get bombarded by requests by the time they open.

Well it's definitely quite possible that they may "temporarily" remove the withdraw option. After all, the last thing they want is to have everyone login and withdraw, it'd instantly kill the site and we'd all end up back where we were a year ago.
My take is that they will likely offer big deposit bonuses and other goodies. As for players with money already on the site, they will likely either put a clearthrough requirement on it, or allow players to withdraw at a penalty, say 10% or something.
Logically, a clearthrough isn't that bad, as you'd just have to "release" your balance like it was a balance. It allows the site to generate some MUCH needed revenue, while being able to honor balances.
I honestly don't see how they would be able to survive if they just allowed players to withdraw. Sure it sucks we can't immediately get our cash, but somethings better than what we've had so far right?
*Edit* As for removing Chris, lederer and other "resented" individuals images from the site, I say they leave it up, and put up a virtual dartboard, or some other app where people can shoot stuff at them. I seem to recall an app where you could eviscerate Britney Spears in creative ways back in the day.
------------ Hmmm, couldn't edit last post for some reason. Just added a pic I got a moment ago, straight from the site itself. Servers showed up and operational, as per pic.

I pray your right retribution because there hasn't been a site for U.S. players like FT since FT if that makes sense. So tired of these no option huckleberry sites, but I must thank BRM and Carbon poker for keeping me entertained. It's not Carbon's issue, it's just hard to compete at the level PS and PKR without the U.S. players being able to participate.

Hahaha, I have a computer running with the client trying to connect, with the speakers full blast. Just hoping I'll randomly hear that "ding" it makes when it connects

I hope that full Tilt will be online soon, I like their poker client software very much and the games were kinda soft, I mean the low stakes tournaments, hopefully next month they will relaunch.

Nice one.
But it would be better, if they would remove the picture of Jesus Fergusson from the frontpage of their website.
anyways, if they ever come back, they will start a campaign that they are back. lately its been so quiet about FT that it will take a long while till they back again, i think.

they must be just configuring it all. i definately think that when they come back there will be a big song and dance about it. they will want to create as much hype as possible to keep players there. not just to come back quietly and let people withdraw without letting people know what offers they are giving.
its defo a good sign tho. surely it cant be too much longer. i cannot wait. wwoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooottttt
p.s dozn01 the site will be the safest online poker site on the entire world wide web. they will be getting watched so closely they wont be able to fart without the gambling commision knowing about it. good luck everyone hopefully see you on the felts soon
