Hi Admin.
On the 3/4/2012 I received an e-mail from you saying that I could win a seat to the freeroll for UK players on Betfair site. As I had not signed up with them before I thought, why not? I signed up through your e-mail and was advised on another thread that I should receive the sign up bonus. I have not yet received it and I set up the account on the same date as the e-mail.
I have also spoken to Betfair and they have advised me to contact you. Please can you let me know what is happening.
