I believe that, if not in this first hearing, AGCC will end up approving a new license for FT. The group behind now wouldn’t apply so much effort on its recovery if it wasn’t to do everything like the law says. They want to be an example and they will become one. And, once again I say, this can bring positive changes in the online poker scene. FT can and will probably become an example that other Gaming Control Commissions in the world will want the other poker sites to follow. Lets start doing things as they should be: honest!

Ha ha^.
It is good news that things are progressing in a positive direction, I agree with above though it's been so long that it's hard to get your hopes up. Hopefully the unexpected happens and in order to reinstate there license they must return the players funds.

I don't care what anyone says, they'll be playing at FT within a year after they re-open for business. Where else can you play RUSH, RAZZ and for decent prize pooles with freerolls that offer as much as some sites allow you to play. I'll just bet when BRM starts running their freerolls again at FT everyone will be playing in them. Love the negative comments! I'll be saving them to post in about six months down the road.
