Hi, i want to get free gift from Bankrollmob, i registered account in PartyPoker with bonus code from site, made a deposit more than minimum, earn more than 30 points but still dont have mob point on my account..i dont have change of my status in this gift. I'm waiting 14 days (excluding weekends etc) waiting 8 days and still nothing

There is a info "usually it takes 2-4 days (excluded weekends) so..why i'm waiting so long? And it's still processing, next step is aprooved it and sent info to PartyPoker to verify my account.

Yep, be sure, you get your points/money. But sometimes you must wait 3-5 working days for the verifiying process. After this time you can send a mail to the support and they help you verry fast.

There are delays with Party Poker often and not only for the gift offer. If everything is done according to the rules then you will get it. If you consider that Party Poker delays and it was also an Easter period then you can add a little more to that. But for such concerns you should contact support by email and keep the reference number they sent you for future correspondence.

Yep, i know that the Easter were, but excluding weekends and Easter is 8 working days and still procesing, today support told me that they're waiting now for respond from PartyPoker (so they didnt do anything in 8 days...). We will see how long more i must wait for this gift.

from personal experience and also being around brm a little while now i can tell ya that anything relating to party poker generally can take a little extra time just a matter of patience unfortunately. good luck with your bonus aswell as poker in general and welcome to the brm forums!!

Hi again Bajkalodar, as some of the others have mentioned some times things get delayed by the poker room itself (party in this case). One things for sure, you'll definitely get paid if you did it right. BRM has never let me down in that regard.

Yes it's normal,for some gift offers I wait week but for one gift offer i was waiting 42 days to get that gift and i must send maybe 10 e-mails to poker site and to BRM but at the end you will be rewarded if you do everything what is needed for that gift
