Use Moneybookers first.Its the faster option i believe to withdraw from BRM and then you can move the money to whatever site you want and get a first deposit also if you are a new depositor as Macubaas said. I think you can only transfer direct to a site only if you have created the account through BRM. Besides the Party Poker and Kick off Poker which i think are options for every BRM member

Even if you are not a first depositor actually, there is a 50% up to 250 dollars now available at Pokerstars

Please cashout to Moneybooker or Neteller first and then you deposit on a pokersite, it may take some time but ultimately you will receive your money into your account. Please try it.
