Hi jomull57. On the 888 lobby screen at the top left click on "my profile", second choice from the pull down menu is "Game History" which opens the History screen. Click on the "Tournaments" icon, then select the appropriate tournament from the list of the ones you have played, and find the hand in question.

Just take a screen shot then choose were u want it to go on your computer then print it off.
Also it is a clitche on there soft ware why this happened has there are still a few that they havent got to grips with yet, I could tell u were to go but I am not too sure I can because it is another forum were most problems come up in posts and a representative will sort your problem out or pass on information concerning that site.
All I can say is without posting you the site is to look at your heading in your post that may point u in the right direction just put my.--- before your answer ok this will give u all you will need in the future.
I may not have had to do it this way because the poker site is an affiliate here just did it so I didnt upset the big cheeses here if I shouldnt have posted the forum ok.

You don’t tell us but I can remember of some tables that would give victory to both players in those conditions, like a flush that would involve any of hands colours, or a straight without aces or queens… but I don’t know how you can take that hand history, I can only remember of asking it to the 888 online support.

Was this a rebuy MTT? If so then this probably happened:
The winner of the hand got all the chips (4000) from the hand, and the loser did a double re-buy (4000 chips) as soon as they realised they were going to lose.

Thats a possible explanation the one jbrooksie said and if you havent paid attention on the tournament details it might feel strange to you. But on the other hand she is saying it is a freeroll. Not many freerolls have rebuys. And i believe all softwares mentioning in the chat if someone rebuys or not
screen shots i will try get them now. saved them last night cant find them now will do it again.
fond them now but they a bit small. my paint program makes every thing small. i have done a re-by it didnt do it that fast . and the pot split in two and whent both ways .no re-by in my mind

has for rebuys in freerolls on 888 many have rebuys and get this also add ons so I think the guy who said 2 rebuys maybe the answer but I have tried to rebuy twice on 888 but only get one then have to rebuy again before I win any chips over the min rebuy amount say 2000 rebuy 2001 no rebuy, so still not totally clear yet what happened,

When you copy/paste your screenshots into Paint, just make sure the overall bitmap is much smaller, or reduce it after you paste (remove all those extra pixels). That way it is easier for us to view the pictures you posted.

I laughed so much what i saw the comment about the kids. Ive seen it so many times and heard about it lately. In the field of computers, mobile phones and gadgets in general the kids saving the day, saved mine a few times too It is the era with the gap in technology advancement and usage, between ages. Some older people are keen to learn, some others dont even want to hear about it, and some others keep trying to do their best catching up.
