well they say i have been approved for this yet haven't received the start in my account. contacted party poker support they told me to contact bankrollmob, so i did. They issued # for this case. said it was approved should be in account. and still not there. however i am not suprised at all. so just wondering how many others hve had same problem.........

I'm sorry but I have nothing to do with gifts. The guy who usually handles poker gifts was just in the hospital for surgery so that's probably why nothing has happened yet in your case, but I will forward it to someone else who might be able to take a look at it.

Since you didn't get the bonus as you were supposed to do, then we *have* to contact them in order to figure out why and make sure you get the bonus. We can't do it wirelessly with mind control Unfortunately we cannot demand when they will reply to us, it might be later today, it might be next week.

Under normal circumstances, you would have been able to play with your no deposit bonus this weekend. But as long as we are humans - working with other humans - there's the chance of stuff going wrong and this is one of those cases that things got off track and will now have to be taken care of a 2nd time. Wmymny, if you're not tracked to us, then your Party Poker account is worth nothing to us, absolutely nothing. The only site who has something to gain by you signing up, is Party Poker themselves - or someone else that you had clicked through via their link first, before you came here.

Did you already have an party poker account ? or did u create a new one using bankrollmobs link ? Cause I tryed to receive the bonus as well , and had the same issue , but I already had an account , made it in 2007 , and at that time I didn't know about BRM , so that was the reason why my account wasn't tracked back here , maybe you have the same problem.

And on a different note , why are u insulting this community when u don't know anything about it , you've joined this site recently , you couldn't receive your bonus ( only fault it's yours ) , still there are many other bonuses you can receive , but instead you go trolling arround.
read bankrolls fine print now cause it says it doent matter if existing account or not...... just follow the prcedures..... so again just full o crap... here... also for the record it was all new from bankroll to fillinf out here forms @ party poker yet i get told this crap....

Wmymny, you don't seem to understand that we lose just as you do, when you're not tracked. You don't get any money - we don't get any money, it's as simple as that. It's not our fault that you're not tracked, either you had been tracked from someone else before, like if you clicked a link or a banner or something, or maybe you had an old account from before. I don't know.
But not tracked = no money, so please take that childish language somewhere else cause we don't want that kind of language in our forum!!
