hi guys ... just to ask if someone nows how to fix this prob: when i instal a poker room (celeb poker, everest poker...) and some casinos when i reach the part to register an account it open the normal box where shoulb be something with: first name, birth place bla bla bla, but in my pc the box only apears with that bar filling up (like "waiting..." but never passes from there , i´ve tryed tho instal java again (i though was because of that) to fix hat prob but is stays on the same thing ... can someone tell what can i do ?! or where can i go (online... and for free) to fix his prob ... thank in adavance guys

Just to rule out the obvious stuff, what operating system are you using? Aside from that is there any other info you can give us? Like do you have problems with any other programs?
One thing I would recommend is to email one of those poker rooms support team and ask them too.

Hi SsariavaA!
Standard to that kind of problems (it works to me when i begin). 1. Reinstall Firefox/Explorer (1.1 uh, you use Explorer? change to Firefox). 2. Reinstal Java aplication. 3. Take care about your antivirus software.
Is important that you see is your PC is good enough to manage the sites/software you want to use.
If this doesn´t work... i don´t know how much more you can do, except Arithmajik solution.

my OS is Xp and i´ve send an email to some of thoose rooms and suprisely NOTHING BACK ...the funny thing is pokerstars works fine he other ones doesn´t ahhh and no .. the only prob that i have is that one ... i don know if make any diference but my brothers delete explorer of my ps, i´ve reinstaled and instaled firefox (duno the version but is the newst one) and java i´ve reinstaled to ... bw i dont use antivirus on my PC only firewall is enough for me ....

I have faced some problems with poker and casino clients in the past and it was clearly a Windows problem. I too using XP updated to SP3. Try a clean install of windows and then before do a single upgrade install the software you are having problem with and then upgrade.
Maybe there is also a problem with your firewall i had that problems with other games and programms try if it works if you turn off the firewall. GL and hope some of the help here fix your problem.

------------ now im using firefox (most recent) but not to long i was using pale moon but my OP is windos xp (home edition) and for my luck im an "expert" in pcs ... maybe i must format C: and clean everythin on my pc .. but to better luck ...i dont have cd of that ... and u say "why u dont download that thing?" because i dont know how to do format c: correctly :S im such an ass

Hmmm. that is strange SsaraivaA. I would've guessed firewall too, did you check to see If you have the windows firewall active at the same time? I can't see your browser being a problem as you usually download the program and then run it.
Try installing the software in safemode with networking enabled. Is that works then you probably have some program interfering.

I cant be sure 100% about this, but i think if you make a clean install of windows, it formats the drive you are selecting to install. At least that happens in my case when i do this in my laptop.( i have XP too) It formats C when it installs and after that i right click on the second drive and choose Format for that one too. (that if you have more drives)
