I don't know who their contact person is with PKR, but it's not the normal PKR support, it's probably some kind of account manager. I'm afraid there's nothing to do but wait until we have a reply from them.

at last that!!! came true, I thought to me it is necessary to wait again week! BRM thanks. Would like to ask, that my post hung in a top that the others which will have the same problem, knew what to do!
I have a question about this freegift offer, can I apply for it but at the same time apply for the rakeback offer there at PKR... I mean I read that I must use the code TRACKRB to be tracked and get the RB deal but I want the gift offer too...

Unfortunately you can't do both from the beginning. But PKR told us that if you're a decent raker (over $500 a month), then they wouldn't mind putting you on the rakeback deal, then.
