You need to be very careful when requesting a bonus and completing your data in general.
This may lead on not taking the bonus at the end.

Some times depending on cases there are delays.
If you see no change in couple of days, contact support by email form
and keep the reference number you will get back.

When i applied for my party poker no deposit bonus i waited a bit over two weeks if i remember correctly...

What is the status bar of your bonus says here on the bankrollmob site? They are still checking the ID or what?
