What's the problem? I wait for the bonus from PKR of 27 days. now anybody and doesn't answer me letters! I wrote the letter to support on May 2, now the 9th and me anybody didn't answer! nice support. before I made on you 3 gift bonuses and everything was good. and here such problem? somebody will prompt what to do?

here in it continually that is rejected. It can't be, I satisfied all your conditions!! and you rejected my bonus on unclear to me to the reasons. I threw off to your support correspondence where it is written that I am adhered to you. but you didn't react in any way to it. Please either upload proof in this thread or send it to support (at) bankrollmob.com, then we will look into it. It's possible that PKR made a mistake when we asked about your account.

My first ever no deposit bonus requested here was rejected. It was on Virgin Poker. I didn’t have an account there, I thought I was doing everything well to have access to it, but it simply was rejected. There must have been a good reason. During the process I created my account there, but the I never played anything there because the freerolls were restricted. The best thing I found to do was to go for other bonus.

you are a little fool? I made everything correctly, I have proofs. it is obvious not my mistake. and there is a speech about my 5000 mob points, instead of about your no deposit bonus. and I already made everyone gift offers

Tony is very good at sorting things out ... my initial claim on pkr was rejected too as they said i didnt have the required points .... i forwarded a screenshot to BRM to show i had the required points and then it was reopened and verified. hope it gets sorted for u 2

Sometimes mix ups happen. Its natural. The thing that allmost anything today is computerized doesn't mean it is perfect too. I am sure after the proof you provided you will get an answer very soon and get the points. Just wait a little more
