I played on Unibet almost all day yesterday Major Software problems and Support knew nothing about it
It started on the cash tables all of a sudden eveything froze for 5 mins then after playing like this for an hour i gave up and had a beer or 2. Then 2 hours later i returned and it was ok. I entered an MTT in the evening 2500 runners for the first two hours it was fine then the gremlins were back But this time it was 3 hands per hour This gave me a chance to phone customer services what a joke "I know Nothing" then i get an email asking for feedback on my experience with customer services "click here and you could win £100" Link didnt work.
Anyway back to the mtt by the time it was resolved another 1Hr 55mins later the blinds were 50000/100000 so it was just allin carnage BIG BIG JOKE UNIBET.
Major Software problems and Support knew nothing about it
