Hello, I've messed up on a bonus and have entered the incorrect username. What do I do to correct it?

Probably email all the details to the BRM support address - including the bonus, the poker site, the name you entered and the name you were supposed to enter.

Welcome to BRM don´t forget to take a look at the gift/no deposit/ deposit offers and to play in the games (blablabla for new people).

Contact with the support or wait until Admin post here what you must do with your problem. Put off the panic mode!!!

Are you saying you entered the wrong username in BRM bonus page after registering to the bonus and created the account? If the problem was only that, I believe you can still have the chance to correct that mistake, but now BRM will probably have to check with the poker room about your registration, so they can have absolute sure that you only opened your account now. I guess you may have some luck, just wait for someone from BRM to tell you something about it. Perhaps it would also be a good idea to try to contact BRM on private, since this is business between you and BRM. Try the online support or send them an email.
