I'd be thrilled, but I'm small time. I like reading about you Mobstser that play in the bigger money games. It gives me something to shoot for once I build my BR to about $1000 playing the SnG's. Good days and bad, but not depositing so I'm content. Excellent job in my eyes though doomdy!

2nd or 1st, as I know couldn't be targeted, even base on your stake is favorite ( had more chips ). Or you have to train Heads Up so much like Jovica . Continuation train HU is important, I thought, cos how many % we reach FT and how many % we reach HU ? Good luck next

HU was ok, did start with 1:4 lead for him with huge blinds, got it down/up too 2:3 then got it in with AK versus 33 but no help for me. Opponent played ok, very aggresiv so no problem with that, its just that i have too many 2nd's versus 1st's but hey thats life
Runners was 700ish but was turbo 5min blinds so kinda dropped fast.

I have a ratio of 29 1st : 19 2nd
It used to be better actually (about 3:1 for wins) - but the trend is going the other way over the last couple months. I am pretty sure this year I've had more runner up spots :/ and the wins I've had were the smaller games.
HU variance is huge - you could play 1000 MTTs and reach HU 50 times and that is such a small sample of HU games to go by. It's frustrating, because converting those HU situation into wins is where a LOT of MTT profit comes from.. Certainly converting FTs into top-3s is extremely important - especially on a site like PKR when often the first few FT places are basically min-cashes.

Yes i saw your post in TwiceJinxed thread on PKR.com Have a chatban for life so cant reply anywhere, but its ok, no problem with that, can problably lift it if i ask PKR_Jake but its ok, no detracktions (not the correct word i guess )
But back to topic, was a bit rusty lately cos didnt play for 4/5 months, now all coming a bit back in the brain and have to say simply missed the spots, scared to shove where its just a 100% shove ect. Also at final table i play better now, you said it correct, first final table payout [5th to 10th] are kinda min cashes in small PKR fields so have to go for top5 and better top3, so i allways keep my eye on that top3 and dont feel comvertable being 5/10, 6/10, 7/10 or worse. If being in that spot i shove wider cos still having good fold equidity. Guess my FT play is ok (i think its ok), but my HU is bit scared (good thing is i know it).

Do they make Final Table deals on PKR? I know it's not the same, but I've had a few deals on Party or FT at the time with the final 3-5, being ahead or behind. Varience is so HUGE at that point, I don't mind making a deal.
PKR allow that? And what do you guys thinkl about deals anyways?
I would love to bink off 2nd places all day. Normally as long as i cash i am happy. and once i cash thats when the real playing begins and i open up my starting hand range.

No, PKR dont have that, not a big fan off FT deals, also not when its with huge money at stake. Its like killing the cream of an event, just my opinion.

Come on doomdy, you know you have what it takes to win. Look at Negreanu: do you think it was easy for him to finish 2nd on that last event he went on SCOOP? Keep showing PKR community who rules, if they pay attention to the names who are in the final tables of some of those games, they will find yours lots of time, which can only mean you are good.

Not a big fan - sometimes if I'm up against a really good player and the HU has lasted over an hour, the blinds are climbing - and we're basically flipping for 1st/2nd - then I would make a deal.
However - generally speaking, if I feel I had an edge (and I think I often do) - I wouldn't like to give up any equity by making a deal.
Aslo - PKR only really has 1 big tournament (Masters) - the rest of them have at most 4 figure 1st place prizes.. So it's not like it's ever really serious money any how. I'd be a bit more inclined to make a deal if it was a major SCOOP event or something.
