don't drink and drive don't drink and play poker. i had drink other day and lost a full bankroll on one site. so i think it is time for bed. i might have one sports bet. have you lost a bankroll drinking and playing. but saying that the two best results i have had in a 1000+ MTT is when i have had a drink but not to much a steady one two cans a hour.11th and about 18th . so i not sure wot to do go to bed or play .lol bye for now good luck all

lmao i have and it feels like sti% the next morning i done it 2 times and now i have stoped drinking more then a six pack when i play
i have lost it all again only been about a hour and half a other bankroll gone only $20 but that is all i had left . so NOW it time for bed . why do i it i knew not to . i think i bluffed my self this time. why o why???

don't drink and play poker- i doubt this goes for sahamies or dwan in that matter, others just are happy with drugs as hellmouth said so the poker world is full of addicts. i think it depends how drunk are you when playing- maybe there is a state which actually gives you an advantage over the rest of the pack...let's say two bottles of vodka and three bottles of beer

well i guess the only time you should drink whilst playing is if you need it to stop shaking lol. especially when playing live. be a bit hard to ship those chips with the shakes, you'l get a one round ban for splashing the pot all the time haha. but seriously. unlucky, im sure its a lesson learned. i normally dont need drink to lose my BR. tilt does that for me

Ive tried that combination in the past and failed miserably. It was a lesson well learned for me, and havent repeated it again with real money. Some times i may play a freeroll just to have fun

Well Said Lucky I haven't got on Juice and used my BR, playing poker, even though i sometime's have top shelf & beer, been so drunk, but i usually buy Crest beer 10%(German beer, big can), 1-2 cans and ur well on way, 2+ and u can get very intoxicated (like bottle wine just one can) lol i have one site Account i use for if i do feel like splashing and other for BRM I have won few dollars drunk azz and lost with some bad decisions too lol All Thee Best

I always play when i'm drinking, a couple of weeks ago, my oldest son came over , and we were drinking beer, after 7 or 8 i was in the mood to play some good poker, so I put $300.00 into party poker, played for a while at the fixed $10/20, after a bit I moved to a $15/30. played some more. then figured i've had enough. my son said so you broke yet. I laughted and said nope, I'm cashing out $1100.00. so i think beer and poker go good together.

Note that Crash is playing Fixed limit while drunk. in FL you cant drunk donk your stack away. Maybe this is the answer to boozing and grinding

Alcohol does lower your inhibitions and also gives you courage to do the things you sometimes wouldnt do, especially if you are a tight player, like perhaps playing suited connectors early and give it a go. But there comes a time when you go beyond having had a drink and lose control and start playing any old rubbish in some sort of brave (stupid) attempt at a bluff and get bulldozed! and before you know it.....youve bought into another game ready to trash your stash.
