well i talked to customer support on party poker...and the rep. told me i cannot play in the freerolls because i dont have a real account set up and need to deposit...my question is....i thought the freerolls were supposed to be for players that wanted to get a feel for real money action BEFORE depositing...very unsatisfying...

I applied for NDB in PartyPoker, and before getting it I tried to play freerolls... I got the same answer that you had.
But when I got the NDB I started playing them, and also some sng (Where I did best. Won 6 dolars today)

This is one of the two rules they have in Party poker network about freerolls. First you need to deposit in order to play freerolls or get a no deposit bonus. And second if your account is inactive for 6 months you will need to redeposit in order to play them again.
