Spanish Regulation. Retrack.  0
Yesterday the spanish goverment tell us about regulation:

http://www.minhap.gob.es/Documentacion/P...%2031_05_12.pdf

Point 3 says that the news accounts begins from 0 in money, VPP, affiliates, bonus, VIP rewards, etc.. (what a new for players near SN or SNE in Stars, lol).

Many accounts will be retrackered with this.

Is going BRM to provide us a link to spanish users?

Thank you in advice.

Your link doesn't work, it seems to be a shortened link from somewhere.

I found it through Google, let me see if this link works:

In every perspective.

very bad for all players.

Agree, we all Spanish are donks. It's a time when information is very confusing. As far as I know, even if you aren't living in Spain you can register a .es account and play with all of us. I'm not completely sure of it and someone of this forum might confirm it.

That's not fair - all Spanish are not donks !!!!

Doomdy - dont you know about Fernando Torres - he is not a donk - he only cost £50,000,000 and scored about 3 goals in a season !!!!

I am not sure what this means, but it sounds like the Spanish government are trying to get some dosh to pay off their debts !!!! Don't worry boys I expect the Krauts will bail you out - only way they will control the whole of Europe ! I think they tried that twice before...............Mmmm 1914 & 1939

GL to you all on the felt...............

There still wasn't any changings in Portugal but usually we go after what others do, so that may mean that we will also pass through this.

I don't hope so because it's really a f***g s**t! It's said somewhere that it might be possible in the future to play just against EU players because all countries are thinking the same. Today France, Italy and Spain. Tomorrow everybody. If not, just wait some time.

Don't forget Belgium. They started in November last year.

Except, in typical Belgian fashion, you're supposed to play on Pokerstrs (.be), and preferably nowhere else except maybe we are allowed to and they'll see about the other stuff later..maybe.
But regularly they say "you can't play there..and there.. and maybe there"...but, maybe you can.
And anyways, maybe you are a professional...and maybe you're not.
BUT...if you are a professional you have to pay a lot of taxes, definitely on Pokerstars..for sure, unless we decide you don't. But in any case..don't play where we say you can't play unless we forget stuff, and..oh, what the hell. We'll see later...maybe...except for Pokerstars.be...professionally...

And that's basically the Belgian law concerning the whole messy online poker business.
We Belgians are pretty lax. Big Smile
Unless we decide we're not lax...of course...maybe sometime later...we'll see about that...
WTF? Confused

Hi guys!!

I think is time that the European Union do something for us and make a regulation for poker to all the EU when all players can play without take care about countries. I think all of us want the high number of players in tables. And goverments must will want the same!!

ok chaps you are all talking about european countries being bullied by there government, aint England also a european country, if so why arent we being bullied by parliament in England, isnt our coffers also a bit short too.

Most owned poker sites open up on Gibralta and S Ireland are governed by say Gibralta or Southern Ireland.
Hang on aint Southern Ireland bancrupt too, oops are they going to try and screw poker players online there also eventually to get cash in which will also probably affect English players too.

I still dont know what is going to happen to the English online players to the same sites, aint Gibralta under English rule.

Hey a lot to think about there dont you all think.

Here in the netherlands we got a minister of justice...this fucker is trying ,within european law

to shut/down online gambling and poker aswell, however he did not manage to do it jet...

but i am sure ,,if he can find half a reason or any gap in this law ,,he will prohibit it for all of us...

untill then i hope he dies ...a natural death of course..not too painfull,,

Tongue Tongue Tongue Tongue Tongue Tongue

main reson he wants this ,is because al officiall gambling is in hands of the dutch government..

´´Hollands Casino´s´´ LOTTO ,TOTO..scratchcards...yes.yes.yes..win anything at these...

he will hold up his hand ,demanding u too pay tax...which is quite high as well.

bye the way,, i don´t play at or with one of these ,mentioned above.

Hi byng0.

In Spain, with lottery, is the same. But if you play poker you will pay 25% of the pot winnings, no matter if your have net wins or not. Great great idea, lol.

I can't imagine anyone will even attempt to play real money games anymore, under those conditions. Correct me if I'm wrong, but no one can play with profit that way.

And if no one will play for money anymore, there won't be any freerolls to play either.

Are you guys just sticking to play money now? Or will you keep depositing into a bottomless money pit (that would make no sense)?
