hi there
when you got the 20$ free you can get another amount on top when accumulating enough points... thats fine, BUT:
now titan has the "monthly cash-promo". they change the points into cash, so that noone can see, how many points you made before! Howcan i now get the bonus money after reaching the first 5000 points? i will not be able to make a screenshot of the points, because they changed me into money before...

You can contact support and asked them how many points you have accumulated. I believe they will tell you for sure since points isnt something you lose when you are active. You can have the response as a proof

Points are accumulated for both the VIP level to unlock bonuses. Any questions I recommend that you contact the live support, really good service and are very efficient. By email Maybe you have a little more trouble. A hug.
Not the best rakeback system - too little money for points. Winnerpoker gives more. But to tell the truth, to cash out money on Titan poker is more simplier and safety.
