Knockout's, Bounty's whatever you wanna call them, do you like them?
What strategy do you use when playing them? What site has the best format and why?
I love these tourneys for one reason only you can make a lot of cash without even making the structured payouts. I dont play them any different than normal MTTs well maybe a little tighter.
The last one i played i bubbled @ 51st 50th placed paid £55.00 i had accumulated £89.00 in Bounty's, if this was played on another site other than Skypoker my bounty takings would have been less than half this is because on sky you own head prize goes up by 25% every time you knock someone out.

I play them, nice tourneys, cos many players play like maniacs its very simpel to play them and make profit, i play them kinda the same as normal MTT, diid go deep many times. Play them on PKR, not many runners, 100/200ish.

I played bounty, just s n g. MTT seldom. Nice play bounty, could saver bankroll cos if you knockout someone once, half our buy in back. Have possibility win bigger than normal s n g. For MTT I more like normal MTT guarantee with same reason.

I haven't played many knockout or bounty kind of games. Maybe I should go and take a look and see what I think. Nice to see some more views on this though.

bounty ,,play if u almost broke ,,to get cheap tournaments,,,that's all
pay out is regurarly less then normal tournaments..exept the knockout is a bonus,,but if u dont knock out players...its absolutely not worth to play those..
don't recommend those...better put 1 $ on a big mtt,,,with chance to win 500-800$
instead of play 90 player sng knock out to win 26.75$
even the big mtt knock outs are crappy,,unless u almost broke...then u can play for free if u knock out 4-5 players,,or half prize buy in by knocking out a couple of players...
then again 1rst prize is so much lower then normal mtt's
there is one thing i can recommend...if u play these...try register after 59 minutes late reg.
then try to double up once...or twice and wait till u get itm...
and proceed from there on..to get reel deep...
At pokerstars there are two bigg mtt knock outs...with 1.35+0.50+o.15 reg...mostly 3000-4000 players
and one with 2.75+0.75+0.25 reg...moslty with 5000-8000 players ,,so enough to knock out..
these are at micro limits and start if im not wrong at 15.00 hours and 19.00 hours..

i like the knockout mtt's but even more knockout sng's at stars- to be precise i play knockout nl omaha hi/lo, the lower limits- 10 man sit and go- now what do i like about it? it's a lot more action than the usual tourney, you do get into very interesting situations where someone has abounty on their head and has few chips left- so for a low risk you can get a bounty form the sky

I don't know of any other site that does this.
I use to grind 90 man bounty sngs when fulltilt was still a website, ever since ive been having a hard time finding a decent ko format aside from pokerstars.
I have never played on sky poker but it sounds like that have a nice structure for ko tournaments. thats the euro site that broadcasts final tables to big tournaments right?
I have never played a bounty SNG OR MTT they sound fun i normally do quit well in MTT but struggle in the last stages. SO i think i will give it a go and try one see how i do.
