Hi guys!!
Yesterday i played 300 hands in NL25FR. And was incredible, NOW i can say that YES spanish (as a group) are the worst players in the world. Is like when i begin to play in FTP (3-4 years ago) or worst. I won 70€ playing 6 tables in one hour, almost 10bb/100 playing 15/12 being called with hands as T3o, A2s in a 4bet hand, 50bb reraise bluffs with air, etc...
Hope goverment changes quickly the way of pay taxes. Lot of money is waiting for someone with a little of good poker.
Yes, there is no problem. I don't know how much money you must pay of taxes though.
@Chartoule: I don't understand why are you playing in .es. It's not clear how we must pay taxes. It seems that we only pay for winnings not for loss. Does it really worth it for you?? I don't think so. Be careful or you may have an unpleasant surprise next your in your tax declaration.

Hi What is deposit options in pokerstars.es? Is it possible to deposit from netteler or just bank transfer? I want these money too

Exploit the current system as much as you can and keep that bankroll growing. It doesnt matter which ethnicity you play against, as long as you win money Which is the purpose of any poker player.

Are your games ring fenced which means you can only play with other Spanish players or can you still play on the main site in the events like the Sunday million from pokerstars.es? Just wondering i know someone from Belgium who has to play on the BG site but still play in all the events offered on the .com site.

Are you kidding me??? Do you think because it's in Spain they give you chips for 2 sheeps and a cow??

Well ... I don't really know because I haven't create or migrate my account yet. I suppose there won't be any problem to deposit and withdraw with common e-wallets like neteller but I'm not sure. I don't suggest you to send them an email because now they are quite busy. I sent them one 5 days ago and no response yet. Well ... just a ... "we are considering your email and thanks for your patiente".

@ Not spanish mobsters: You can create an account in. es sites but unfortunetely only to playmoney. In a first read of the new law i understand that not spanish players can play for money, but i was wrong.
Well now i have 220€ in my Pokerstars.es account and will be there for looooong time

So, what at first site looked like terrible news for spanish players ended up being a very good opportunity for the good ones. After the storm comes the sunrise, it's always that way, where many only see disgrace, others find hope for a better future!

i'm not sure about the tax issue, but let's say you win big, and then lose big to some unknown account which happens to belong to some tramp, and in reality this is your cover up account? btw can you do player to player transfers between pokerstars.es and pokerstars.com? good luck with the fish

Thanks mate, that was the first thing I thought. I don't want me to pay taxes for my last 10 years playing in Pokerstars.com! Besides, Pokerstars.es will likely be fined because Spanish laws were very clear: migrations are not allowed.
It's hard to wait without playing poker but ... I can't play because I can't pay the taxes!

I have good feelings about taxes, DaMessiah666.
Looking for the web i find that in the next mounth will be some meetings (sites, schools and player´s societies) with the regulators. And all want the same, taxes as the rest of EU regulated markets.
Hope soon all be fine, and we can comeback to tables.
