Hola amigos de BankrollMob, perdonar que os escriba en español, pues mi inglés es muy bajo y seguro que no se entenderia nada. Como todos sabeis, la regulación del juego en España ya es un hecho.El pasado 5 de Junio entró en vigor la ley por la que las salas de poker deberian estar reguladas para poder funcionar en España bajo el dominio .es. Esto quiere decir que todos aquellos españoles que quieran jugar al poker online, deben hacerlo bajo unas leyes que dictó el gobierno del pais y que son injustas tanto en el ámbito del juego como de la fiscalización. Se nos condenan al ostracismo, se nos castiga privandonos de poder jugar con el resto del mundo y solo entre españoles, como pasó en Francia, Italia y próximamente en otros paises como Belgica Portugal etc. Esto conlleva que ningun español mas pueda jugar la famosa Leaderboard de BankrollMob. Aparte de eso, se nos quieren aplicar unas tasas de impuestos injustas y abusivas, teniendo que tributar por el dinero que has ganado sin descontar lsa perdidas que pudieras haber tenido.Todo esto está retrayendo a los jugadores a inscribirse en las salas, pues no está muy claro lo de la fiscalizacion de las ganancias y las perdidas. Como podeis comprobar, quedé entre los 200 primeros en las ligas de party poker y 888poker, teniendo derecho a jugar la final con todos vosotros, pues bien, no podrá ser por parte de los españoles que quedamos clasificados, pues la ley nos impide jugarlos. Asi que os deseo una final tranquila y que gane el mejor y el mas atrevido con las cartas. Es una lástima sinceramente lo que ha hecho el gobierno... Tengo familia en España, de hecho tengo la ciudadanía, y la verdad que me da mucha pena ver lo que está sucediendo no sólo con el juego, sino con las cuestiones económico-sociales. Siguen queriendo exprimir lo más que pueden de los contribuyentes para saldar deudas.
En fin, esperemos que cambie la situación y te podamos ver pronto por aquí.

Alot of news lately aswell about regulation changes in Portugal for live poker @casino.
Apparently they want to tax the casinos = very bad thing for the players.. :< Not alot of details yet about the kind of taxation and what will happen to online poker aswell.. i just hope this doesnt happens to us aswell!

I felt the same for several months after the U.S. stepped in and "Black Friday" came about as we know in the poker world. I'm thankful for Carbon Poker. At least I get to play some poker on-line. Win some and lose a lot more then I win, but enjoy it never the less. Good Luck to You!
