WHY dear support,, do i get an answer which is not accurate???
Am i not welcome at yachtingpoker??? Promoting your site to all pokerplayers i know,,and not even advertising that there is a no-deposit bonus available,,just telling that it's a great site`
compared to many other pokerrooms.
I have the same information as you have on my POKER-history at Yachtingpoker ,and have explained the whole situation in the most complete way...
Your collegue at online-chatsupport confirmed that i am entitled to get the bonus since i haven't received it,after he had checked my account details,,,
In no case i want to be impolite or rude,,,just explaining the facts,,,and telling the truth,,,
On this issue i have sended so many e-mails to Bankrollmob,,and to yachtingpoker....and each time i get an unsatisfying email back from your pokerroom.
As it says in the screenprint bonusreport above...''21 of may i have cleared the 3000 vippoints MANUAL bonus and 5euro is awarded,, as it says ''clearing bonus''
I also want to emphasize that i have waited over a month, after this bonusrequest was aproved to send my 1rst email on this issue..because in no case i wanted to beg for this money, but if others get it,, why should i not get it???
As a amateur player i have deposited many thousands of dollars....and the moment i found out that there is an 5 euro no dep.bonus available i get this for an answer???
If only the traffic on Yachtingpoker was more frequent i would have deposited weeks ago to your site..but the truth is ,that there are hardly any players active over here..
So i suggest u threat ur frequent players in the correct way,so we players might, attract other pokerplayers to your site,,so it can be a more succesfull and greater pokerroom in the future.
I still hope this is a total missunderstanding and after you have re-checked the info i have just send u in this email on my pokerhistory and bonushistory ,this still will be solved.
