Like a lot of italian people I'm a bit scaramantic (not much but as it is free why not ). I made a very very similar thread some days before the Qfinals against England ... and it worked quite well.
So.....
june, the 28th Thursday 20:45 will be held this semifinal
After this game some of us (germans and italians) will be in very different moods.
This time things are different (let me complain a bit: it's all part of the scaramantic strategy): - German is a strong team with solid players and a very good trainer and they rested two days more than Italy after a quite easy match against Greece; - Italy had a hard (fisically and mentally) match against England ended with shootouts.
But...
don't think we start defeated even if in bookmakers odds HU is paid 1:2

I would like to bet 250 mobpoints (1:2 rate: I'll pay 250 if will lose and will receive 500 if I'll win ) with every other mobster from Germany so brave to accept my bet.

Sorry Magatt, but I am think this time Germany will beat the Italians in a championchip. We have to take revenge for the Semifinal from 2006 In addition the german team is much stronger than in 2006.

This is a really hard to game to judge ..
Sorry to say but Italy plays a not very spectacular football for the average viewer but they are very good tactical and very precise with their positional game and somehow.. they manage to win.
About Germany i considered them the strongest team in the Euro 2012 for sure.. even tho i want Portugal to win this all they are very strong.
In the end i would like Italy to win because i like italian people the best but .. i think Germany will take it maybe 2-1.

1:2 rate? look this mafiosi bookmaker i only got 5 points or something, sorry. england was clinically dead after 60mins (gerrard had already after 25mins cramps in the legs), yet it took you over 120mins to beat them italy is definatly capable to beat any team, they are tricky and organised but i think germany will make it easy
and today portugal will win. spain has been my biggest favorite but they werent that impressive, i think they miss their goalgetter villa, and portugal is not just ronaldo, they got a strong team. final = germany vs portugal

germany is euro champion! i dont know why UEFA expected us to play italy and spain yet
well if i think about all the games... greece is no powerfull superior football nation. vs portual we could have had lost aswell. if netherland wasnt that careless and use its chances in the beginning, it might have been a diff game aswell vs denmark they also struggled for a long while.
all in all, the coach is good, has sense for tactic, but he relys on the wrong players, who have a bonus for achieving semi-finals in the past, but were either injured or just not at top-form. the german media hyped us...a big bubble...now they woke up

Somewhat pissed off Italy won because that my last tournament bet down the shitter..had a small bet on the Germans to win.
But glad Italy won, they have hit form just at the right time and have shown they have no problem with Spain having drawn in the first game - and since then Italy have improved and look better and better whereas Spain have yet to perform.
I would like to bet 5:1 (you pay 200 if italy win I pay 1000 if spain win)with you on final to give you the opportunity to have your mps back (but above all for scaramantic reason)...so I stgrongly need you to bet something with me: be free to propose a different rate more advantageous for you 7:1, 10:1 100:1 no matter what (in short words I'll pay 1000 mobpoints to you if Spain win and you just have to tell me how many points you would pay...I will get it).
I don't care about mobpoints....I only need a dish of spaghetti a day to survive
