Hi! I from Russia, sorry for my English. On June 22 I requested a no deposit bonus on Party Poker. But status still is "processing". I wrote to support but didn't receive the answer. What is wrong ? Help me please. Thanks

It’s taking a little bit but it is now vacation time due to summer in Europe, so that may be stucking your request. Once the problem is just with BRM, you are ok with it, they will help you as soon as they can. You just need to be a little more patient.

Thanks, I wait. Already there is a status "verification". There is one more question. I have 90 days to receive additional bonuses after earning PartyPoints. But remained 75 days. Is it possible to add 15 unused days? I am not sure that I will meet the deadline because I received a bonus not at once

It is normal, when i got my party poker no deposit bonus i waited over two weeks for them to make all the verifications...

Also you said you contacted support: You contacted the brm or the PP support??
