The first day of the most expensive tournament in poker history has come to an end. He was late again and wasnt anywhere at the start of the intro

No major shocks apart from the fact no amateurs have gone out - but then you'd expect them to be super super tight.

Hellmuth doing awesome - for the sake of the poker world and his own ego he better not win.

Didn't realsie de Wolfe was playing, he's a likable guy hope he does well.

Daniel almost busted - not surprised there, kinda predictable when he's facing such aggro players.

yep daniel is close to gone- a bit surprised by elky and grinder- those two usually make lot deeper, and considering the amateurs who are in the tournament just for fun- they went too aggressive too early imho, to lose a million in one tourney probably is not a very cool feeling- unless you were staked for majority of the buy in

Phil Helmut in 2nd, Gus Hansen in 5th followed by Sam Trickett, Ben Lamb, Mike Sexton and Tom Dwan all with almost 6k chips, it’s still early stage to start defining favourites. These guys are all very good, not counting the others that i didn’t refered, and they are all concentrated in the same objective: to get the most possible from this event.
