It takes around a week to verify.
Is this your first PP account?? If not maybe they have discovered checking your Ip or mayve your name, address, email etc.
If you did everything right you must be almost receiving the money in the account, if you think your having a delay, send an email to BRM and iam sure they will help you to put things clear.
