------------ Had qq then
------------ Only 1500 to in the money, should be around the break when it bursts. I could probably sit out and ladder up quite alot, but f**k that s**t.
------------ 55 utg folded just then, I hate those type of pairs utg.
------------ 88 utg +1 snap folded to a min raise from big stack utg
------------ Maybe unorthodox but right that time.

2792 for $1.58 lol gutted,I folded aq the previous hand when i probably should have shoved thought he was just being a typical big stack from any position with a random ace and he probably was being, just not that time. aj vs 1010 no luck.
------------ BTW thanks for the all the support and the little fan club guys. Just a typical ending for me in big tourneys. I can get itm very easily but its the final table or even getting near it which is tough to master. But on the bright side, I got a tourney ticket to a tourney so big it was an experience in itself to get so far, all for free. Got $1.58 on top of the $1 ticket, and although it started well for me it ran dry, and after the bubble, with under 20bbs I needed to go to the races. It was a fairly, fair flip with two overcards to me with him with an actual good hand slightly better for him. But as good as I could get with that stack pretty much. I could have been gay an tanked and just folded. But thats not me. Overall I'm pretty happy with this VIP treatment, for me, a nobody lol, no complaints here.

ITM!!!lol
Shame you didn't make it further but there's always next tournament.
I think you have the problem I'm having right now, I get into the money or near the FT or even get to the FT but always a SSS.
Struggling to play my A game in the later stages once blinds go up. And you know what it is? Fear, lack of confidence in my hands.
I'm not making correct plays at the right times and afraid of crashing out a tournament.
Really tournament play is tough to crack even with luck. So I know I need to stop thinking short term and think, yeah I may lose this hand on a bad beat or as a slight favourite..but next time I'll do this different, or that different etc.
If ITM is your aim in a tourney then great, get in it as many times as possible. If winning a tourney is your aim (obviously everyone wants to) then you have to take more risks once ITM to boost your stack.

Surely wouldn't be me since I only have about one choice when it comes to playing poker anywhere. That's Carbon and it sure seems here lately my capabilities to win a game is on the major downswing. Sorry to see you didn't fare well, but maybe it's best you just stay away from the site. It could be a ploy to get you to deposit again.

No it wasn't my aim I'm always in it to win it, my luck just ran dry, couldn't even find spots worth risking a bluff. You just have to adapt, I would have went out on the bubble happily with jj or above. Just didn't come, and in the end I had to shove eventually.

No I did not get that ticket I only received the 100K depositors ticket that expires after 30 days. Well I will try those freerolls for now and look if I am lucky enough.

like he said u must b a chosen one .. pokerstars has never given me free money only from here. to me the chosen ones are takeing our deposits ive had my bankroll up too 250 bucks lost it.. cant seem to keep up to the gurus lol..
Ah, I'm not a fan of folding small pairs UTG, unless you're short stack (like under 25-30 BBs). Set mining can be so profitable and those are pretty much the easiest hands to play if you just limp/call (if raise is not too big). But you seem like a good MTT player with good discipline, keep it up

The problem is, whenever I do that, I come up against a ridiculous raise and have no choice but to be an idiot myself or fold, then I fold. But this happens pretty much every time I try it, so I don't bother now.
