I did twice when i was playing there yes. As for neteller i really can't say, maybe it goes by the rule of " you can only withdraw by ******** if you made a previous deposit with it"

I already withdraw from Yachting, but i did it to Moneybookers. I think you can also do it to Neteller, but i’m not sure. I can confirm you this later on this day, i just have to check on my yachting acount through my personnal PC (which isn’t what i’m using right now). About the rules to withdraw, just like others said, first deposit than withdraw.

They offer a neteller withdraw option, but u must deposit first time before. And with a no deposit bonus u must earn a minimum of points, you can see it in your bonus area.
