My bonus has said approved since the 4th July but I still have not received the bonus, Party poker itself only says I get a $10 bonus for depositing. Anyone else had this problem?

Try to contact BRM support by email through your personal page. Keep the reference number you will get back for further communication. Summer slow times

I didn’t had the chance to take it because i already had an acount at Party before i went to BRM, but all the problems i’ve read around here related with that were all solved with time. It’s still difficult to get a good wireless network service in the middle of the swimming pool and with all with all the girls diving and swimming around and that light from the sun beating directly on the monitor of the BRM online support manager… you get the picture
