Is it reasonable that these crimes end up with the possibility of the guilty person to ever have the same activity again in the future? This is like following the principle “Once a thief, always a thief” and, if he is going to acomplish a sentence because of the crimes he had commited, he is already paying for them, he should be paying during all his life. Why do people go to jail (by definition)? To pay for the crimes they did. That time in jail should be to put the mind in place, recognizing what has been done wrong, and internalize the idea that now on only good things should be done. That’s why newspapers don’t come out with news like “25 year jail condemned is out today” because that would be like condemning the person again for a crime that he/she already paid for. If it’s a judge that kills and he can’t jugde in the future, i tend to think in a different way…

Well after holding back millions from the sites, I don't think he will be bothered about the 5 mill forfeit. 3 years, down to 1.5 on good behaviour and already pleaded guilty in Jan, so less than a year behind bars.. I would sit in the cell with a huge grin on my face if I was him.
